Terms of Service
These launch terms are a practical MVP baseline and should be reviewed by counsel before real-money scale.
Entertainment and software scope
Cleare provides astrology, tarot, compatibility, transit, and reflective chat content for entertainment and self-reflection. It is not professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, crisis, or safety advice.
Subscriptions and trials
The MVP offers a 0.99 USD trial for 7 days, then 9.99 USD per week until canceled. A direct monthly plan may also be shown on the onboarding/funnel surface. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period unless a provider policy states otherwise.
Payments and cancellation
Payments are processed through our secure payment provider. Cancellation and billing management may happen in the account area or by contacting support.
Refund note
Refunds may be considered for technical issues reported within 14 days. Subscription fees for used access periods are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or payment-provider policy.
User responsibility
You are responsible for the information you provide and for how you interpret Cleare content. Do not rely on Cleare for urgent, clinical, financial, legal, or safety-critical decisions.
